How fast do we see results?
The first effects – clear standards, first review gates, a measured baseline – usually show within the first 2–4 weeks. Measurable KPI improvements (throughput, change-failure-rate) typically follow after 60–90 days of embedded mentoring.
Remote, hybrid or on-site?
Both are possible – many mentoring formats run remote and embedded into your existing rituals, while workshops and keynotes are often on-site.
What team size does this make sense for?
From a single squad (4–6 people) to a whole engineering organization. What matters isn’t size, but wanting to use AI systematically instead of randomly.
Do you also take over our existing AI MVPs?
Yes – that’s one of my core services. I take over existing vibe-coded prototypes, stabilize them with tests, security and CI/CD, and ship them production-ready.
Training in German and English?
Yes, both languages are possible – even mixed, depending on how your team is set up.
Can training be subsidized?
In many cases, yes, depending on your region and funding program. Ask me about it during the intro call.
How does getting started actually work?
We start with a free, non-binding intro call (15 minutes). After that you get a concrete proposal – for mentoring, an AI MVP takeover, a workshop or a keynote.
