Principles

Software only counts once it's shipped.

I've spent ten years shipping code into production, not onto slides. AI doesn't change that fundamentally – it amplifies what a team is already good at.

AI doesn't change that fundamentally. It only shifts where the work is: less typing, more deciding, reviewing and owning outcomes.

I'm not the consultant who disappears after the workshop. I speak early and clearly – even when an idea isn't (yet) production-ready.

In the end, only one thing matters to me: that the bar is higher when I leave than it was when I arrived.
