I've spent ten years shipping code into production, not onto slides. AI doesn't change that fundamentally – it amplifies what a team is already good at. A strong team gets faster with AI. A messy team gets messy faster.
AI doesn't change that fundamentally. It only shifts where the work is: less typing, more deciding, reviewing and owning outcomes. Speed without judgment is waste, not progress.
I'm not the consultant who disappears after the workshop. I speak early and clearly – even when an idea isn't (yet) production-ready. An uncomfortable truth today beats a failed release in three months.
In the end, only one thing matters to me: that the bar is higher when I leave than it was when I arrived.
