As an AI evangelist I bring AI to stages and into companies. As Head of Engineering I lead an engineering team myself and know the technical side from daily work. In our collaboration your company comes first: I listen, ask questions and make the options understandable.
Once we have found a sensible approach, I implement it with you. Your people should understand what changes and learn to work with it themselves.

No. For the process analysis and the kick-off workshop it is enough that you and your team know your company. I explain the options and we look together at where AI makes sense. What technical support is needed later, we clarify before implementation.
We do not know yet what we need AI for.
That is exactly what the kick-off is for. We look at your workflows, recurring tasks and the places where time gets lost. Afterwards you know which approaches are interesting for you and where to start.
What do we have in hand after the workshop?
An overview of where AI can help you, and agreed next steps. We write down which approaches you want to pursue and what needs to be clarified for them. Scope and price are agreed beforehand.
Do you also support the implementation?
Yes. After the kick-off we implement the selected approaches together: technical implementation, trying it out in daily work and training where needed.
What do you mean by AI governance?
Clear rules and responsibilities for using AI: Which tools do we use? Which data may go in? Who checks the results and who decides when something goes wrong? We take these questions into account from the start.
What does it cost?
That depends on which workflows we look at and how much support you need. In a free intro call we clarify your starting point. On that basis we agree scope and price before we start.
On site or remote?
Both are possible. For analysis, workshops and training we choose the format that fits your company. I am based in the Nuremberg metro region and work across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
