Do we need technical knowledge?
No. For the analysis and the workshop it is enough that you know your company. What technical support is needed later, we clarify before implementation.
What does it cost?
That depends on which workflows we look at and how much support you need. We agree scope and price after the intro call, before anything starts.
On site or remote?
Both. I am based in the Nuremberg metro region and work across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, on site or remote.
Do you also take over existing AI prototypes?
Yes. If a prototype convinced everyone but nobody dares to use it with customers, I bring it into real operation with tests, security and monitoring.
