Engineering depth meets the stage

For 10+ years I have shipped real code — as Lead Developer and Head of Engineering, from senior fullstack developer (Laravel, Vue.js, TypeScript) to Lead AI Engineer. I am a practitioner, not a slide consultant: I enable your team AND take the critical AI MVP to production myself. Engineering depth, not AI hype.

I speak your developers' language — and your stakeholders'. As a speaker and founder I make AI-assisted engineering tangible, with a monthly social media reach of around 500,000 people as @der.pabst.

Principles

Software only counts once it ships.

I spent ten years shipping code to production, not to slides. I bring that lens into every team: it is not about impressing anyone, it is about working – in real operation, under real load.

AI changes nothing fundamental about that. It only shifts where the work sits: less typing, more judgment. Take the foundation – standards, reviews, tests – seriously and AI becomes an amplifier. Skip it and you only accelerate the chaos.

I am not the consultant who disappears after the workshop. I stay until your team can do it on its own – or until the MVP nobody dared to touch runs stable in production.

In the end only one thing counts for me: that the bar is higher when I leave – and your team still wants to keep building.
